We are a husband and wife team of landlords. We truly care about our tenants and want you to be comfortable and happy in our properties.
As Landlords
We really care about our properties, as well, and we work hard to show it. We mow all lawns, take care of weeds and ensure the outside has a curbside appeal. We also want to fix any issue that arises as soon as possible. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Why JOJ?
We named our LLC after our 3 children - Jeremy, Olyvia and Josh (JOJ).
