Application Process

When a property becomes available, you can set up a showing by filling out the "Contact Us" form or by emailing myers.paul1971@icloud.com or call 614-907-2289.

Fill out the below "RENTAL Application Form" and either submit it in the "Contact Us" form or email directly to myers.paul1971@icloud.com 

Upon approval of your application form, we will send you an email with a link for you to pay for a credit & background check which will be sent to us.

Upon approval, if chosen, you will submit a security deposit and first month's rent by Venmo. You will also sign a year lease.

You'll need to switch all of the utilities into your name. (We cover trash!)
